Lucas Karst is Ace Construction Corporation’s project foreman. After graduating from Circle High School he began working as a welder helper at Ace Construction Corporation. After a short leave of absence to attend welding school at Butler County Community College, Lucas returned to continue his on-the-job training as a rig welder. He has since expanded his responsibilities to include welder and project foreman.
Lucas says he’s always enjoyed building things and from a young age knew he wanted to be a welder. Lucas reads and understands blueprints which makes the engineering perspective a reality. He learned to weld from his mentors at Ace Construction and says his position at Ace allows him to be part of a growing company.
